At Blenders Eyewear, we’ve designed our shipping and return policies to ensure your shopping experience is as seamless as possible, with clear and easy processes from order placement to delivery.
Shipping Process
We understand how important it is to receive your order in a timely manner, so we work hard to process and ship all orders quickly. Our standard processing time typically ranges from 1 to 3 business days. If you’re ordering prescription eyewear, please note that due to the custom nature of these items, the processing time may extend to 15 to 20 business days.
Once your order is processed, we offer several shipping options to meet different needs:
- Standard USPS Shipping: This option typically takes 3 to 5 business days after shipment, ensuring your products arrive promptly.
- Two-Day Shipping: For those in a rush, this expedited option ensures your order arrives within 2 business days, though it is not available for PO boxes or military addresses.
- Prescription Orders: These will typically ship within 3 to 5 business days after they have been processed.
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, no matter where you’re located.
Returns & Exchanges in the U.S.
We aim to make returns and exchanges as easy as possible. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it for free within 45 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return or exchange, just visit our online returns portal, where you’ll find all the necessary instructions.
Please note that if you are returning clothing items, they must still have the original tags attached. Apparel items without tags cannot be returned. Once we receive your return, you will be notified via email, and any refunds should appear in your account within 7 business days.
If you choose to exchange an item, you’ll receive store credit via email after we’ve processed the return. If you encounter any issues with the return or exchange process, our customer service team is available to assist you at champions@blenderseyewear.com.
International Returns & Exchanges
For customers outside the U.S., please be aware that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. All returns should be sent back to our office in San Diego at the following address:

When preparing your return, ensure you pack the sunglasses in the original microfiber pouch and packaging. If the original packaging is unavailable, please use a sturdy box as a replacement. Don’t forget to include a note with your contact details, order number, and the phrase “Refund Request” to help us process your return swiftly.
After receiving the return, we’ll inspect the items for any damage. If the items are in good condition, we will proceed with a refund to your original payment method.
